What is involved in the application process?
We run a credit and background check, in addition we need a copy of a driver’s license, Social Security cards for everyone 18 and over plus proof of income for the household. An application is available in the resident info section of our website. You can fill this out before your visit to expedite the process.
Can we print the application and bring it filled out?
Yes, you can download a copy from our website.

How much is lot rent and what does it cover?
Lot rent starts at $500/mo. and includes water, sewer and trash.
Why buy a home in the community?
Our Community is a quiet community, but close to everything. We have a private beach and all of the trees throughout the community allow us to have a scenic & peaceful feel. Plus our Homeowners take pride in their homes and make fantastic neighbors!
I don't have good credit. Can I finance a home?
We have banks that work with damaged credit. Many people with bankruptcies and foreclosures have been approved for financing. We recommend that you pre-qualify. That way, you can feel more confident knowing your budget and we can find out which home will be perfect for you and your family.
